Random thoughts of a consulting arborist on trees, people and places. Spending a little to much time driving around talking to myself.

Angling for Trout
My favorite form of frustration in fishing. Here I can try to out wit a creature with a brain the size of the head of a pin. I am woefully unarmed, always the wrong fly, forgot to bring this or that or it was incredible ____________. fill in the blank, there is no correct answer. Yet a poor day of fishing is better than a good day at work. So now I am bone tired, windburned and need to get some sleep. Never felt better.
