Take a Deep Breath

End of a stressful day, week, month, year,hour or minute? Chest pounding, head throbbing, stomach churning? Yea, been there, often. Medical advice, make some time and relax. What's the worst that could happen? Oh! My that could be a problem. On second thought try fishing or wood carving or a quick trip to the rifle range to blow up a couple hundred rounds, now doesn't that feel better!
