The Warm of the Sun

Some days you get a reward for being a trooper, well today was that day! After many weeks of frozen weather, today it went over 50, all the way up to 60. The sun on my face, the warmth hitting the top of my head through the open sun roof! Ahhh! Nice for a change, shedding the parka, my step quickened as I strode up Columbus Ave into the building, up to the roof and exiting the elevator to go through the door marked " Sun Terrace", I was in no particular rush to come down and get back in the car for the ride back to the office. Just wanted to find a place to sit, enjoy a cup of coffee and the warmth of the sun!
